Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Assist in organizing, preparing and coordinating for Continuing Professional Developments (CPD) series
Responsible for the proper functioning of the Institute's office
Responsible for liaising with clients including responding to queries and requests for the institute's services.
Perform any duties as directed by the Executive Director, Senior Manager, and other authorized personnel, including helping with research and providing clinical services to clients.
The administrative assistant is directly responsible to the Senior Manager and Executive Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor in any related field (science field is an added advantage)
Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa with computer skills
Able to go outstation
Able to multitask and a good team player
Have a pleasant and cheerful personality

The National Diabetes Institute (NADI) is established to provide a dedicated and comprehensive service for diabetics, to prevent and control diabetes and its complications.
NADI is a non-profit organisation managed by a Board of Trustees comprising representatives from the Malaysian Endocrine and Metabolic Society (MEMS), Malaysian Diabetes Association (PDM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Elected and Founding members.
The main objectives of NADI are:
To be a National Diabetes Education Resource Centre for the country
To establish and run a comprehensive health facility including a National Diabetes Hospital for the management of diabetes and its complications
To create and maintain a National Diabetes Registry
To coordinate and conduct research in diabetes and related conditions
To be the national coordinating centre for diabetes in Malaysia in respect to statistics, education, management, research, policy and planning on diabetes and associated diseases#J-18808-Ljbffr
