This position will assist in COA (certificate of analysis) review and related activities such as receiving, tracking, following up, reviewing, preparing reports and uploading reports/COA.

What your role will be in details?
Reporting to the Manager, QA, you will:
Be responsible for receiving, tracking and following up COA from outsource suppliers, timely.
Review COA timely to ensure the data provided is correct and meets Product Specification.
Report to superior timely for any error, OOS and/or OOC in COA and take action as assigned.
Update OOS and OOC tracker timely.
Upload COA timely to Ansell designated website and network folder.
Prepare Shipment Tracking Report timely.
Prepare customer-facing COA as assigned and/or upon request.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
What will you bring?
SPM, STPM or diploma.
Good in numbers/mathematics.
Competency in verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Organizing and planning skills.
