We are seeking anAdministrative Assistantwho can help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the organization's success through high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quotations and handle office expenses efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a systematic and traceable filing system, ensuring proper safekeeping of documents and records.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communications in a professional manner.
Use Adobe PDF or other PDF software to complete and manage forms efficiently.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work, ensuring tasks are completed according to set timelines.
Provide support for ad-hoc administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role (even without a formal certificate).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF or equivalent software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in office administration are an advantage but not mandatory.
