Administrative Assistant/Officer – Car Park OperationsHandle all administrative tasks related to car park operations efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:Overnight Parking Management:Oversee the overnight parking process, addressing related matters, and promptly resolving any issues.
Data Management:Update the Manual Barrier Raised Report by extracting data from the S&B car park system.
Cross-check data with updates from the Operations WhatsApp group to ensure accuracy.
Liaise with the IOC CP WhatsApp group for clarifications and update the final report accordingly.
Customer Support:Address customer inquiries via phone related to season parking rates, hourly rates, car park applications and terminations, parking building changes, overnight parking, bus schedules, and parking refunds.
Assist walk-in customers with validating tickets, resolving parking card issues, and handling complaints regarding season and hourly parking.
Reporting:Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as required by the team leader.
Issue Resolution and Additional Tasks:Manage and document tasks related to team attendance, incident reports, motorcycle parking, reserved bays, clamping tags, lost tickets, and license renewals.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Good interpersonal skills, customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
Proactive, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
