Admin Assistant (Warehouse & Logistic Company) Responsibilities: Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to warehouse activities, personnel, and equipment. Organize and update physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.Maintain accurate records of documents, including delivery orders, purchase orders, and proof of delivery (POD). Process outbound according to the latest processes and procedures. Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively. Preparation of Shipping documents. Manage outgoing and receiving courier. To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.Act as a point of contact for customers and respond to queries regarding deliveries, orders, and logistics services.Assist with data entry and maintain updated records in the company's systems.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management team.Uploading of supporting documents. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Timely update of reports. All other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.At least 2 years (s) of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative roles is advantageous.Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively in basic English and Bahasa, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Standard working hours with occasional overtime, depending on operational needs.Office-based with occasional visits to the warehouse floor.Adherence to company dress code and safety regulations at all times.
