### Job Description

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad seeks a dynamic and motivated **Administrative Associate** to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. As a part-time position, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging in a critical support function that contributes to the overall success of our organization. ### Responsibilities

As an Administrative Associate, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records and files.
- **Project Management:** Collaborate with various teams on ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked. You will assist in coordinating tasks, preparing project documentation, and conducting follow-ups.
- **Communication:** Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively responding to inquiries and disseminating information as needed.
- **Data Management:** Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Utilize software tools to manage databases and track project milestones.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of minutes, and distribution of relevant materials to participants.
- **Policy Implementation:** Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and addressing any administrative issues that arise.
- **Resourcefulness:** Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity, where applicable.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks:** Provide support on various ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisors, including research and preparation of materials for presentations.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

**Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

**Soft Skills:**

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management capabilities with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

**Personality Traits:**
