Meaning, we research the market for top food trends, help our client develop an innovative product, help manufacture the product in the manufacturing plant and then help with branding too (package design + marketing materials + flyers). Our clients range from startups, to national to international food organizations and we consistency strive at helping them give their consumers the best foods to experience.
Clients (food and beverage manufacturing) may come to us with 3 main things:
1) They have an idea, and they need us to develop the product, ensure stability and help them manufacture it either in their plant or a 3rd party facility.
2) They do not have an idea, and we need to propose an idea based on market feasibility then go through the process of development, manufacturing and branding.
3) They have a product and even maybe a manufacturing facility but need FUBIZO to solve a problem they are facing.
The Role: This role is centered around ensuring the administrative aspects runs smoothly within the company and to communicate with people from different parties (suppliers, marketing team, clients).
Client reach FUBIZO and it would be your job to understand their requirements carefully while scheduling them for calls with the technical team and project manager. Once we attain the client, communication on project status and sending product samples to client would be vital. Gathering feedback on the products sent and feeding them back to the technical team would also be vital in this role.
This person would also serve an important role to communicate on behalf of the CEO to ensure all parts in the company moves smoothly. Handling government grants and application process would also be vital. This person would also work to generate idea on social media campaigns and ensuring relevance of our marketing/ advertising efforts in relation to the client.
Understanding opportunities out there in terms of grants, applying to it would also be vital to succeed in this role.
Basic Requirements: Communication is TOP PRIORITY:Written: Writing email introducing FUBIZO and preparation presentation for the client; Writing Proposals/ Invoices/Grant Application Providing Clients with Project Status Update ReportsOral: Communicating Professionally on Phone calls or in-person meetingsLanguages: A good command in English (priority), Bahasa Malaysia - Other languages are an added advantage but not a requirement.Proactive:Understanding the client's requirements so that we can help the client precisely based on their needsConducting some market research for the client for an effective pitchUnderstanding where problems arises and solving them priorResourcefulness:Understanding the client's and company's needs for a successful project deliverance and ensuring it is metIdentifying how to approach a client and doing so in a manner they find us of valueSeeking out answers to issues being handled Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Entrepreneurship/ Linguistics/ Management/ Business Administration or equivalent would be helpful
Experience: Minimum 2 years is Required in Account Management/ Client Relations/ Business Developments/ Digital Marketing/ Content Creation/ Marketing Teams/ Executive Assistant or equivalent
This would be an on-site work in Simpang Ampat, Penang Malaysia and travel may be required.
Ability to work independently
Able to juggle multiple projects/ clients at a time and mange time wisely
Sourcing and Communicating with Suppliers/ Distributors/ Government Agencies
Integrity, keeping healthy and hygiene is a MUST
Advanced Requirements- Added Advantages (but NOT Mandatory): - Knowledge in Canva/ Basic Design Works
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media Outreach
- Ability to Create Content
