**Responsibilities**:- **Copy-Paste Tasks**:- Assist in copying and pasting information from various sources into designated documents or databases.- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling repetitive data entry tasks.- **Filing and Document Management**:- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.- File documents in accordance with established procedures for easy retrieval.- **Basic Photo Editing**:- Support the team by performing basic photo editing tasks, such as resizing, cropping, and enhancing images using relevant software.- Ensure consistency and quality in edited images for use in various documents or presentations.- **Assist with Administrative Support**:- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with team members to understand specific project requirements and timelines.- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes.- **Learning Opportunities**:- Attend departmental meetings and gain exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations.- Seek opportunities to learn about the industry and contribute insights where possible.Qualifications:- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (business administration, office management, etc.).- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.- Basic knowledge of photo editing software/tools.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build foundational skills in administration, gain exposure to basic photo editing tasks, and contribute to the efficiency of the company. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on performance and interest.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 1 month**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
