What You'll Do: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring smooth operations and timely maintenance. Provide comprehensive office and building maintenance support, addressing issues and coordinating with service providers. Manage petty cash, handle vendor relations, and contribute to financial processes. Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and field trips, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to budget guidelines. Organize and support virtual and physical meetings, providing technical and logistical support. Contribute to organizational development efforts by assisting with HR functions, updating policies, and reporting on administrative performance. We are seeking someone who: Demonstrates a strong commitment to social justice and women's rights as evidenced by past experiences or volunteer work. Has at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit organization. Has at least 1 year of Event Management experience. Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has basic knowledge of logistics and procurement processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
