Administrative Officer

Details of the offer

Includes but not limited to the following:- Assist in managing and coordinating office day to day activities - Scheduling appointments, arrange meetings, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.- Work closely with accounting department to get updates on the latest company procedures, such as managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.- Process all company staff claims and expenses, filing of invoices.- Ensure the office is neat and organized at all times- Manage cleaner and ensure the office is clean at all times- Perform daily filing of documents and maintenance of records for quotations and invoices.- Assist in depositing suppliers cheques when required- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and dealing with email inquiries- To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time. - High School or Diploma- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.- Strong organizing skill- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.- Required Skill: MS Office- Possesses a driving license
