Job DescriptionDeveloping a talent pool, updating databases and processes from the ground up.
Scouting new faces to expand the database.
Editing model and talent photo and video.
Scheduling casting and studio appointments, updating and maintaining the event calendar, issuing invoices and quotations for the client and customer.
Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Responding to phone calls, messages, emails, and other correspondence to improve communication and business processes.
Preparing and updating guidelines and processes related to the management.
Assisting with social media postings and writing captions.
Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
Active involvement in production projects initiated by production teams from time to time.
Job RequirementsMinimum 1 year relevant working experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitask.
Knowledgeable in camera support, lighting, and audio recording.
Basic editing skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. (Mandarin speaker will be a bonus)
Required Skills: MS Office, Adobe Software.
Possesses a driving license.
