Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- To handle and maintain overall office administration- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents- Issuance of documentation such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels- Handle basic bookkeeping and HR adminpistrative- Greet and assist visitors and clients- To undertake any ad-hoc task & duties assigned by the Management**Requirements**:- Minimum academic qualification: STPM/ "A" level/ Diploma.- Good command in multilingual (English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin).- At least 2 years working experience in the industry environment- Is resourceful, proactive and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency- Ability to multitask and displays strong organizational skills- Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented- Able to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure with minimum supervision- Preferably applicants who can start work immediately- Possesses own transport and is willing to work in Prai, Penang**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
