Our Client
Our client is a vendor of printing products in Kinrara, Puchong.
Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments : Ensure that shipments are timely and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers.
Handle documents : Collect, organize, and prepare shipping documents and invoices.
Negotiate prices : Negotiate transportation and freight prices.
Work with customs : Work with shipping agencies to resolve customs issues.
Ensure compliance : Ensure that company rules, laws, and regulations are followed.
Maintain records : Maintain shipment records for easy retrieval.
Communicate : Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
Solve problems : Solve shipping issues and discrepancies.
Preparing paperwork : Prepare and attach all necessary shipping documents to each package.
Scheduling : Schedule shipments and plan logistics.
Tracking : Track and update the status of shipments.
Inventory : Organize and monitor inventory levels.
Documenting : Document damages to inventory.
Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot shipping issues.
Verifying : Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate.
Invoicing : Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments.
Admin : Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Independent thinker and problem-solver.
Committed and willing to learn.
Proficient inBM & English .
Remuneration : Up to MYR 3,200 (Basic)
