Administrative Operations Senior ExecutiveReport to the Director of Business Development
Produce and monitor regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Partner with internal organizations such as HR and Outlets Operation teams to establish the right processes.
Responsible for office administrative tasks.
Assist in performing ad-hoc tasks when needed.
Oversee and coordinate administrative operations to ensure efficient and effective business support.
Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to operational leaders.
Coordinate meetings and provide other supporting PA functions.
Assist in scheduling meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
Record minutes of meetings when required.
Assist in internal and external events.
Provide high-level administrative support to the management team, including diary management and correspondence.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or operations role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in the use of office software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
