**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist the preschool curriculum planner in organizing and maintaining curriculum materials and resources.- Compile and organize educational materials, including worksheets, lesson plans, and teaching aids.- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources for daily activities and lessons.- Support the curriculum planner in updating and maintaining student records and documentation.- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff.- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.- Provide support during special events and activities organized by the kindergarten.**Requirements**:- STPM/ or Diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience in an administrative support role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- We must fill this position urgently.
