Working Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: RM2500

Job Responsibilities: Support the team by executing administrative duties.Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the
smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements: Good communication skills and attention to detailExperience in working with Excel softwareExperience with data entry, record-keeping.Experience in working with Microsoft officeAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks Administration Assistant To GM: Coordinate sales data and analysis with related presentation format.To assists in manage / maintain and upkeep proper filing, documentations,
and correspondences.
- Schedule and prepare for meeting including meeting paper, minute's record,
distribute meeting minutes & maintaining record as necessary.
Attend meeting and follow up on the action required.As a personal assistant to the GM.Maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of
management, staff and business associate.
- Assist in other task or ad-hoc assignment when require.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
