Receive and process purchase orders.Issue sales transaction invoice.Verify orders, including customer personal information and payment details.Maintain and updating sales and customer records.Compile monthly sales reports.Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.Job Requirement
The candidate must possess at least an SPM, STPM, UEC Certificate, or a Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Corporate Administration, or an equivalent qualification.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in computer applications is essential, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar software.Required language skills include Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Mandarin, capable of speaking, reading, and writing, in order to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.The candidate must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
