An Office Administrative (Personnel) Assistant, reporting directly to the CEO, must possess a solid understanding of legal regulations and the ability to manage legal documentation effectively.
This role involves supporting executives or senior management by handling a range of administrative and personal tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining office systems.
Additional duties may include project coordination, event planning, and overseeing confidential documents.
Success in this role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, discretion, and proficiency in office software.
