The role is to provide engineering support to Capital Projects and Operations across all business lines. Location - Menara ExxonMobil, KL.What you will doProvide day-to-day engineering support for materials-related work
Provides on-site field support during scheduled maintenance activities
Provide materials specialist support for large capital projects and smaller regional projects to ensure technical quality
Participates in programs aimed at improving unit reliability and optimizing maintenance
Supports industry activities (MTI, API and NACE) where appropriate
Trains/Mentors entry-level employees to support their career developmentAbout youSkills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Materials Engineering with at least 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry
Demonstrated work experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Welding/fabrication and Inspection/Testing
Metallurgy and manufacture
Materials selection
Failure Analysis
Corrosion control
Fracture Mechanics
