Advertising Sales Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth at Newswav. 


-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring their campaigns' success and satisfaction


-Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including identifying potential new business opportunities to expand the client base


-Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals


-Generate proposals and presentations that showcase our advertising solutions and value proposition


-Manage a sales pipeline, and regularly forecasting and reporting to senior leadership


-Keep up-to-date with industry trends and insights to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales campaign proposals


-Manage junior sales account executive(s) and coach them to meet and exceed sales targets

-(Optional) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field


-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment


-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients


-Passion for advertising, media and digital trends


-Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results


-Proficient in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, and (optional) Hubspot


-(Bonus) Experience in Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing field
