If you are an enthusiastic digital media expert with at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of driving results for brand advertisers, we invite you to be a part of our advertising sales team, with a specific focus on Spotify.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive effective advertising campaigns.
Actively expand our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities in the advertising space.
Advise advertisers in building and executing effective campaigns, measuring results, and renewing/up-selling to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and make recommendations for performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with internal ad operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery with optimization recommendations.
Manage payment structures and terms with clients.
Stay updated with the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to our ongoing product developments.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.
Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.
Capacity to manage client relationships and resolve conflicts, driving collective business decisions.
Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape in which we operate.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
