Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, with accuracy and efficiency.- Provides excellent service to customers while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.- Be professional, punctual, and courteous at all times.- Researching prospects and generating leads.- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and concerns.- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.- Managing the sales process using specific software programs.- Building and maintaining a comprehensive database.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participating actively in sales team meetings.- Willingness to attend events to generate leads and meet potential customers.- Attaining sales objectives by effectively marketing and endorsing the company's products or services while embodying its brand.**; Requirements**:- Previous experience as a Top Sales Consultant catering to high-end customers in the premium market- Diploma Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent- Additional advantage for experience in the wellness aesthetic and healthcare industry- Strong skills in people management communication and problem-solving- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to promote teamwork- Track record of achieving sales goals- Proficient in MS Office- Fluent in English with additional language skills in Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia and other dialects being advantageous- Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by management on occasion
