Key Responsibilities : - Assisting doctors in performing procedures & to communicate effectively with patients.Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.Follow up with customers, encourage customers for frequent treatments to ensure better result.Provide professional recommendation on treatment packages and products to customer.Handle various types of treatment if need as and when needed.Assist the Business Manager as and when requested to.Work as a team to achieve branches monthly target.Perform or work in accordance to the Company's Core Values: Detailed, Caring, Integrity, One-Team and Efficiency and Empathy.Any other tasks assigned to you by the Supervisor, Manager or Management. Job Requirements: -  Open to candidates without prior experience - we provide comprehensive training.Passion for beauty and skincare, with a understanding of industry trends and products.Being able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good customer services (service-oriented) & communication skills.Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
