Main Roles:
Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customers.
Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.
Communicate with doctors on suitable treatments for patients.
Follow up with patients and encourage them for frequent treatments to ensure better results.
Update and maintain treatment records.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Open to candidates without prior experience - we provide comprehensive training.
Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and skincare.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good customer service (service-oriented).
Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking.
