Responsibilities in advising clients on suitable treatment.
Assisting the Doctor for the treatments.
Verbal communication skills, including active listening, for learning about client's needs and explaining treatment options.
Customer service to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Organize clinic medical records, to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and products.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and positive client experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or certification in Aesthetics Therapy, Beauty Qualification, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Aesthetic Therapist.
Knowledge of skin and cosmetics.
Ability to work extra hours.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Receptionist experience is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques.
