Job DescriptionAssisting doctors in performing procedures and communicating effectively with patients.
Managing patient clinic appointments according to the doctor's schedule and the convenience of the patient.
Building strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.
Conducting facials on customers (optional).
Following up with customers and encouraging them for frequent treatments to ensure better results.
Providing professional recommendations on treatment packages and products to customers.
Updating and maintaining treatment records.
Working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.
Job RequirementsA background in the aesthetic or wellness industry is preferred.
SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must have a strong interest in the industry.
