MNC, HQ Batu Kawan PenangAutomotive industry Basic Salary RM7000 - RM10,000Company car provided (Option convert to fixed allowance) 5 working days/ Week Job Responsibilities' :  Role as HOD / Customer Service Manager. To in-charge & manage overall after sales service divisionTo prepare after sales service business direction and department collaborationTo prepare after sales service department budget. Workforce planning and training both internal & external for after sales service department To handle technical warranty management not limit to tribunals handling, defect resulting from design, material, workmanship identification, field technical support & product. To handle dealer field service planning not limit to constantly planning campaigns & events to bring up customer satisfaction and after sales service level.To achieve part sales objectives through excellent after sales service planning Job requirement Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Candidate without Degree but having good experience in after sales service related in Automotive related field (OEM / Big Dealer)  are welcome to apply. Must be willing to work at Batu Kawan Penang1 Full time position available.
