Oversee Service Operations : Coordinate repairs and replacements for laptops, iPads, and smartphones. Monitor turnaround times to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
Build Loyalty : Implement customer retention programs, including extended warranties and exclusive aftersales perks.
Collaborate with Partners : Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline parts availability and warranty claims.
Drive Performance Metrics : Track service levels, customer feedback, and profitability to achieve excellence in aftersales operations.

What We're Looking For
A background in aftersales, customer service, or technical support (preferably in the tech industry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Knowledge of laptop, iPad, and smartphone products and repairs is a bonus.
