What You Will Expect:
The incumbent will support Agency Distribution in delivering business objectives throughstrategic planning and campaign managementwithin the perimeter of compliance and risk management.
Incumbent will need to comprehend the work of business planning, analysis, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Understand the business and identify opportunity/ challenges for business performance improvement.
Drive and execute the strategy and initiatives by partnering with different stakeholders.
Manage contests end to end - covering the proposal of mechanism, cost projection, stakeholders' communication, payment processing and post contest review etc.
Participate in strategic planning and support in analysis to facilitate implementation and decision making.
Build insights on the market trend/ industry outlook.
Perform cost tracking and accrual submission.
Collaborate with other line of business for all strategy planning/ projects/ assignments related.
Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of the Agency Contest's monetary (Payment Advise) and non-monetary fulfillment to ensure contest fulfilment is delivered to the qualifiers.
Perform data analysis for all scope relating but not limited to contest, competitor launches, agency office projects, workstream projects and any other projects in accordance with the business needs.
Budgeting & Business Forecast
Support and involve in the overall budgeting and business forecast process with alignment of division goals.
Present recommendations and appropriate actions to Agency Distribution's key stakeholders.
Work closely with sales heads, management team, Strategy & Business Planning, and Group Agency Distribution to ensure alignment of targets set.
Strategic Projects & Assignments
Review and enhance planning and reporting work procedures in Agency Distribution.
Attend to strategic projects assigned by the Management.
Protecting AIA brand name
Consistently comply with AIA risk management framework, process, system, rules and guidelines, or best practices.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Financial / Insurance Industry / Campaign Design or Management is preferred.
Good business acumen and analytical skills.
Meticulous approach to work.
Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
Possesses strong support capabilities, self-driven and attention to details.
Excellent in verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.
