Due to market growth, the company requires a Agency Recruitment Planning Manager to plan and execute Recruitment Strategy to develop recruitment growth.YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to manage and monitor field agents' sales and recruitment activities, in order to ensure business growth.
You are also required to work closely with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities, and conduct basic onboarding training for new joining agents.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 7-10 years of working experience under Sales within the Financial Services industry.
Experienced being an insurance agent will be an added advantage.
Good at written and spoken in English and Mandarin is a must.
