At AIA we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleTo plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team to achieve the corporate objective and desired result.Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region's production targets.Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives.Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc.Product specialist / subject matter expert for key products e.g. Takaful, GI and PRS/Mortgage and partner with Agency Performance team to drive cross selling in support of THS / TWS strategy.Manage day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of Elite recruitment, embedment of digital tools etc).Job Requirements:Tertiary education is any fields of study.Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high growth business environment.Good presentation and interpersonal skills.Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Passionate at work.#LI-DNI
