Job Description Scope of Position To handle the incoming and outgoing freight for the air warehouse.
Major Duties and Responsibilities To perform all warehouse control duties including receiving, put away, picking, packing, releasing and stock taking functions. To assist in coordinating with truckers for delivery of warehousing services with follow the driver validation procedures. To update shipments event code in the system. To audit picking activities by using warehouse checklist from agents and truckers including freight labelling, update event codes, etc. To ensure Expeditors destination labels match shipping label to prevent misroutes.
To ensure warehouse cargo manifests checked, paperwork signed, and trailers sealed.
To ensure products are stored in proper designated, safe area and presentable condition. To report any OSD shipments and documented relevant information and update respective customer service on any photo available. To maintain proper and update inventory records to meets customer requirements. To maintain warehouse facility and warehouse housekeeping including checking of forklift, availability of battery water, battery power and etc in effective and efficient condition. To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.
Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in similar position.
Good knowledge of computer and MS Office applications.
Good command of written and spoken English.
