\n ResponsibilitiesManage the ticket queue in Salesforce (emails)Handle ad hoc requests over the phone or messaging systemAnswer all shipper requests until resolution is achievedHandle inbound calls and requestsHandle SNS chats and requestsLearn new processes and handle new processes accordingly Attending to Singapore Shippers Abilities & Skill Sets Required Able to handle large volumes of tickets, calls, and internal messagesCapable of handling several tasks simultaneouslyPatient & able to work in a high-stress environmentPleasant voice, able to turn a negative situation into a positive oneFast learner, with the ability to learn on the goMinimum understanding of customer service in any field, however, Logistics would be a plusWorks well in a team environment as well as self-motivated to accomplish tasks on their ownSocialize well within the team or even the rest of the company to achieve common goals of the team RequirementsLanguage proficiency in EnglishMature mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Google Suite and WPS Office (Microsoft Office alternative)Customer Service OR Call Center experience is preferredA minimum of 1-year working experience is preferable, as this is a Tier 2 positionAble to work in a team effectively
