Role DescriptionAs an Agronomist, you will play a vital role in implementing regenerative agriculture practices across our projects.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize soil health, develop innovative farming strategies, and ensure the successful integration of microalgae and Black Soldier Fly technologies into diverse agricultural systems.
Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of enhancing soil carbon sequestration and reducing environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct field assessments to evaluate soil quality, crop performance, and environmental conditions.
Design and implement soil regeneration plans using microalgae water and Black Soldier Fly frass.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regenerative practices and recommend improvements.
Provide technical guidance and training to farmers and stakeholders on sustainable farming methods.
Collaborate with internal teams to align agricultural practices with ESG and carbon credit objectives.
Support the development of new projects by conducting feasibility studies and pilot trials.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in soil health management and regenerative agriculture practices.
Knowledge of carbon sequestration techniques and sustainable farming systems is a plus.
Familiarity with microalgae and/or Black Soldier Fly applications in agriculture is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret soil and crop data effectively.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
