Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Sr AI and Computer Vision Engineer to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:
-Develop standardized model training pipelines and scripts for various applications such as object detection, instance segmentation, classification and key point detection using Python and deep learning frameworks
-Develop the necessary tools, libraries and APIs related to deep learning, computer vision and inference pipeline to be integrated into the Tapway platform
-Develop and deploy computer vision algorithms and inference engines for various real time and batch use cases to either cloud and edge devices to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
-Assist project teams and provide consulting services to the clients on how to train a high accuracy model by providing a detailed model training plan.
-Track and research the latest techniques in 2D and 3D computer vision deep learning to achieve highest accuracy with lowest latency, minimum number of iterations, least dataset and least human effort
-Rapidly prototype, test and analyze new ideas for feasibility assessment

; Requirements:- Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree, MS or PhD in Computer Science or other related field, with focus in Computer Vision
-Work experience of at least 2-4 years.
-Able to write clean code in C/C++ and/or Python
-Experience with CUDA or other general purpose GPU programming models
-Experience in computer vision and/or deep learning for object detection and tracking along with semantic or instance segmentation either in academic or industrial domain.
-Strong experience in using both basic and advanced image processing algorithms for feature engineering. Familiar with OpenCV
-Experience and knowledge in real-time edge computing principles and architecture preferably for edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson.
-Good Object-Oriented Programming and logical analysis skills in Python.
-Strong knowledge of GIT version control software
-Excellent at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationships.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
