Air Conditioner R&D and Application EngineerWe are looking for a skilled and innovative Air Conditioner R&D and Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced air conditioning systems with a focus on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. The role will involve working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development/application of new air conditioning technologies and products.
Design, test, and evaluate air conditioning prototypes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the design is scalable and cost-effective.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align product development with client demands.
Provide ongoing technical support for production and post-production issues.
Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive products.
Prepare technical documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Experience:
2-5 years of experience in product development or R&D engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field (e.g., refrigeration, cooling systems).
Proven track record in designing, testing, and prototyping air conditioning systems or similar mechanical systems.
Experience with energy-efficient solutions, smart HVAC technologies, or alternative refrigerants is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Proficient in product testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and environmental regulations.
Knowledge of refrigerants, HVAC systems, and energy-saving technologies.
