Air Conditioning Technician

Job Description & Requirement Carry out preventive maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AHU, FCU split unit cooling towers, pumps, and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time Able to coordinate with the management for servicing reports Candidates with relevant working experience are welcomed Basic understanding of air-conditioning knowledge and related HVAC spare parts Good attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills Optimistic, keen to learn and growth Self-motivated with ambitious Minimum 2 years experience in related field Work Schedule:
