Airfeight Junior Executive

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : Submit booking request for client /CS/CCN/Airlines system. Arranging export & import shipment with NFO team. Support Quotation for Network & Client. Assist Executive to check cost with Airlines. Check uplift status & advise to Dell team/NFO team/CS team accordingly. Update Final Load to Airlines. Update daily booking report, NFO booking list & Quotation progress. Proactively update client on uplift status. Work closely with Airlines to get booking confirmation & good rates. Carry out all other activities as assigned by HOD. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business study or relevant field. Prefer with at least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics. Ability to work under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good supervision skills and team player. Good communication skills in English. **Location: OASIS, Ara Damansara, Selangor **Working Days: 5.5 Alternate Saturday
