Join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz, where innovation meets excellence. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our digital customer experience initiatives across ROS markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Customer Experience: Support operational execution and day-to-day management of digital customer experience initiatives. Market Education: Assist in educating and standardizing markets on digital customer experience tools. Budget Management: Manage IT Marketing budget and support digital transformation projects. User Access Management: Oversee user access and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Collaboration: Work closely with HQ, markets, and experience centers to ensure smooth implementation and strategic alignment. Multitasking & Analytical Skills: Manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans. Analyze customer experience metrics and identify areas for improvement. Qualifikationen Qualifications:
Education: University degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing with a solid understanding of the customer journey and IT integration. Experience in the automotive or technology industry is preferred. Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and a data-driven approach to customer marketing. Basic understanding of data integration and system architecture is essential. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans. IT Skills Required:
Basic understanding of data integration and system architecture. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. Familiarity with IT budget management. Knowledge of user access and permissions management. Personal Competence:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and drive topics forward.
