Job DescriptionData Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving GR TAT, WO cycle time, WARS indicators & Warehouse productivity.
Process Improvement: Improve workflow optimization by analyzing current warehouse processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Also communicate with stakeholders to implement and optimize warehouse technology solutions.
Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status & other relevant metrics and provide data and insights for special projects or executive requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing an overall strategy to streamline warehouse processes and provide senior management visibility to warehouse performance.
Analyze failure transactions and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Planners, Procurement, HSE.
Participate as a key member on ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation by working with process owners and system consultants.
Create/improve processes related to Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory complying with business requirements.
Identify and suggest improvements/cost savings through data mining and analysis.
Responsible for reporting accuracy with gap analysis.
Involved in automation projects and initiatives for design, analysis, development, and implementation.
Ready at any time to learn and execute new assignments.
Understand business requirements and develop solutions within internal resources and/or engage third parties.
Able to manage a team with leadership skill set in a good environment.
Involved in ISO compliance and be a strong representative from Logistics in internal & external audit programs.
Advanced in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Visio).
Handle daily ad-hoc job-based business requirements.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Trade Compliance/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, strong understanding and experience in warehouse management.
PREFERRED:
Operational processes for business/logistics compliance.
Knowledge of ERP applications such as Oracle/SAP is a plus.
Capability of handling multiple priorities. Ability to concentrate, cope with stress, use independent judgment to accomplish results, adapt to stay alert in a business environment, and deal with people.
SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with external/internal clients required.
Decision making.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently.
