We are currently seeking for anAnalyst /Associate - M&A Advisoryto be based out of our Kuala Lumpur office in Malaysia.
the Analyst / Associate will be performing the following duties:
Assisting senior members of the team throughout the transactions' execution process and participating in client meetings as needed.
Assisting senior members in the review and assessment of term sheets and other legal documentation
Preparing transactions' selling documentation (teasers, management presentations, information memorandums, etc.).
Conducting company valuations and in-depth financial assessments through advanced financial models (DCF, Relative Valuation, LBO, etc.).
Overseeing the preparation of detailed financial models and forecasts.
Coordinating the due diligence process.
Participating in the development and training of analysts.
Qualifications :
BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in finance (investment banking, management consulting, transaction services).
Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
