Budget Analysts must be able to collate, analyze, evaluate, manipulate, contextualize, record and maintain budget information in a suitable manner.
Monitor and report technology project progress against plans through regular reviews and maintaining close contact with relevant stakeholders. Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets. Track and compile related financial and KPI information. Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Provide financial reports and budget outlines to senior management. Align reporting requirements with stakeholders across Technology teams leading to continuous improvement and a culture of positive change. Communication and engagement with stakeholders. Undertake any other duties as reasonably delegated by Head, Planning Office. Support the successful implementation of the Planning Office strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
