**Key Responsibilities**:- Create and maintain business processes by working independently with business unit stakeholders at the country levels to document and monitor Adoption, Adherence and Usage.- Evaluate, scope, and lead the execution on the cadence and completion of SFDC change/new features requests.- Support Strategy Manager with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives.- Assist in training of new users as well as refresher training session for existing users.- Assess and harness SFDC Best Practices and available resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., JAPAC and Global IT teams).- Manage Portfolio of available and upcoming JAPAC Digital Tools (Platforms/Website/Apps) in partnership with Strategy Manager.- Other incidental duties.**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Business Administration or IT Requiredyears experience.**Additional Skills**:- Good knowledge and understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing and Communities Cloud.- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.- Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- Good organizational and project management skills.- Good training and education skills.- Fluency in written and spoken English preferred.- Ability to understand and analyze industry trends.- Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.- Ability to effectively foster and develop internal and external partnership with stakeholders.- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
