Job Description:Designing and maintaining the Central Procurement PolicyAddressing feedback and clarifications on the Central Procurement PolicyWorking with leaders to onboard their business units and departments to the Central Procurement Policy, and to subsequently ensure currency and compliance to the Central Procurement Policy across the entire groupPerforming the role of central gatekeeper in the evaluation and approval of procurement activity on a risk-managed basisCoordinating group-wide demand aggregation and strategic procurement activitiesProviding advice and organising deep-dives with business units and departments on their own additional procurement guidelines and practicesConducting investigation and audit into procurement activities, as well as enforcing penalties for non-compliance with the Central Procurement Policy andDriving the efficient adoption of technology across the entire procurement process.Requirements:Willingness and openness to a new roleAdaptable to changing business requirementsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detailComfortable communicating and working with teams from around the globeTeam player
