Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with theAPACsales team to understand the client's business goals and objectives, includingpre-salesandpost-sales support .
Performs all activities related toonboarding and supporting new clients to the online platformincluding but not limited to: answering client inquiries, and hosting virtual client orientation/training sessions on how to navigate and use the platform via phone and email efficiently.
Provides relevant information, support, ortraining for platform products .
Troubleshoots and supports clients and internal stakeholders withmedia monitoring requestsor related inquiries.
Responsible fordelivering reports based on clients' needsand helpingproduce insightsthat help contribute to meeting clients' goals and deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience:Passionateabout sales support, customer support, and client experience
