Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management : Lead and origination deals, client coverage activities and maintain effective relationship management for your assigned client portfolio. Serve as the key contact point and relationship owner for your clients.
Credit Management : Oversee credit and borrower rating applications, periodic renewals, watchlist and red flag monitoring, and credit restructuring to manage and mitigate credit risk and credit documentation management.
Stakeholder Coordination : Actively coordinate and work in partnership with stakeholders, coordinate with cross-departments and units (e.g., Primary Office/Regional & HQ division) to achieve deliverables within scope of responsibilities.
Business Development & Cross-Selling : Lead, develop, and monitor annual account plans to generate new business development, lead cross-sell activities alongside product partners (e.g., Transaction Banking, Treasury) to deliver the right solutions to our clients. Lead client meetings and prepare marketing materials for existing and prospective clients, including assessing the impact on risk/return to the bank at both the transaction and overall relationship levels.
Compliance and Standards : Work effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all guidelines, sales processes, and standards to achieve customer satisfaction. Ensure timely submission of credit proposals, credit renewals, interim monitoring, deal presentation slides, and other documents related to the credit process and KYC GRO periodic renewal process.
Requirements:
Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience especially in Corporate Banking role. A fresh graduate with some Banking working experience is encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good knowledge of banking regulatory environment, relevant laws & regulations, industry trends and products including good credit analytical skill.
Possess good written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal employees or external customers/client.
Strong PC skills particularly in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access.
