ResponsibilitiesSummary of Responsibilities:This person will be responsible for overall sales administration functions for:
Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)
Process and coordinate RMA requests
Service Support and Logistics as Back Office Function
Essential Functions:
Order Management
Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC)
Support on Booking and Revenue Reporting
Align with Finance and Selling Entity
Support RMA requests and coordinate refurbishment orders
Logistics
Prepare shipping documents
Coordinate global shipments
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in sales operations related jobs
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC and BESS)
Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in related discipline
