Analyst, Group Talent & Rewards

The role is responsible to support both the Group Rewards and Group Talent's initiatives and systems. The role will have a firm grasp of Jebsen & Jessen Group Total Rewards and Talent framework, policies and programs to support the Rewards & Talent team and local Human Resource teams in rolling out initiatives and identifying process improvements.This position will be accountable for having a good understanding of HRIS and able to provide related guidance or support to local country HR and other business functions if applicable.ResponsibilitiesConduct audits and analysis on existing programs, policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for continual work process improvement and enhancement.
Support on vendor administration used in pay and benefits provision, such as management of insurance programs renewal, international pension contribution and EAP service subscriptions, communication and service deliveries of the vendors (e.g. claims, invoicing, membership updates).
Responsible to review, update and monitor HR related systems & applications through periodic audit exercises to ensure compliance with local regulations, alignment with best practices and Group Human Resource strategic direction.
Provide basic support and troubleshooting to other users pertaining to the HRIS (SuccessFactor Employee Central) related enquiries.
Assist the Rewards team on job evaluations and position description analysis
Assist the Rewards team on the planning and implementation annual performance management process.
Group Talent's responsibilities:
Administer the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (SF LMS) including course creation, participant enrollment, and recording learning history for Group-level programmes. Act as the system champion, addressing questions from local HR.
Monitor our eLearning platform(s) utilisation and other data analytics, prepare reports and work with local HR to solve system issues raised by colleagues.
Analyse learning data to collaborate with the talent team in developing ideas for learning campaigns, such as a recommended courses of the month.
Assist the Talent team on organising Group Talent's learning initiatives such as virtual learning events, briefing sessions.
Serve as the Talent Team representative in Malaysia to organise training sessions and events held in the country for Group-level programmes.
Act as a project coordinator, liaising with internal and external parties on projects under the Talent Team.
Conduct audits and analysis on existing work processes, such as the onboarding process, learning management system usage, recruitment and assessments, the country's annual training plan, and provide recommendations for continual work process improvement and enhancement.
General responsibilities:
Maintain and update timely the HR portal for Talents and Rewards sections to ensure up-to-date information are disseminated to other users.
Keep abreast with external markets to ensure total Talent and Rewards program, and HRIS are in accordance with local market relevance and regulations compliance.
Participate and collaborate with any HR team on new initiative/projects or ad-hoc assignment as and when assigned by the Management.
Required qualificationsMinimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources preferable with data analytics and reporting.
Possess a basic knowledge and understanding in HR practices and compensation cycle management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
