The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the operations of the company, work closely with senior management in running daily operations of the firm and finetuning related policies and processes, and ensuring continued success of the organization.Job Responsibilities:
Assist all aspects of daily operations, managing relationships with various vendors and service providers (accountants, fund administrators, auditors, lawyers, banks, IT, etc.), ensuring smooth organizational function.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Job Requirements:
Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and effective communication within a team based setting are essential for success in this role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations, demonstrating excellent project management skills.
