Reporting to the Manager - HR Operations, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities: ? Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
? Perform payroll trending and data analysis.
? Generate Payroll report and other payroll related reports for internal and external submission.
? Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies.
? Ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all statutory requirements.
? Ensure the preparation of annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.
? Perform posting to finance payroll related entries and ensure the postings are charged correctly.
? Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.
? Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: ? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Mathematics or accounting preferred ? Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required ? Experience with Malaysia payroll and labour regulations for both retail & corporate functions.
? Knowledge in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
? Able to analyze payroll issues and provide corrective action.
? High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the payroll data and results.
? Meticulous and good analytical skill.
? A team player with a pleasant personality, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.
